Skip the line and the shared dance floor: book The Catwalk Club for your birthday or milestone and the room is yours. We're at 698 Harlem Pl in Downtown LA, in the former boiler room of the 1920s Bank of America headquarters, a multi-level space with a centerpiece catwalk, a DJ deck over the dance floor and two full bars.
Whether you're planning a big night out with friends or a full buyout, every event is custom, with no fixed packages: tell us your idea and we'll build the quote around it.

What you can do with the room
Bring your DJ
DJ deck overhanging the dance floor with the 14-speaker JBL system on 4 × 3500 W amplifiers, Pioneer DJ equipment.
Put your name on the wall
The 150" × 80" LED wall can run 1–4 visuals at once: photos, a theme, a logo.
Light it like a show
Moving beams, washes, strobes, haze and LEDs under the bars, stairs and booths.
Walk the catwalk
A real runway between the platforms for the guest of honor's entrance.
Two full bars
Bartenders and service staff are included; alcohol is served 21+ with valid ID.
Food your way
Onsite kitchen with preferred caterers, or bring outside catering.

What to include in your inquiry
To get a quote back fast, share: your preferred date (and a backup), roughly how many guests, the start and end time you have in mind, whether you want a full buyout, bar preferences, food, music or a DJ, and any theme or decor ideas. A budget range is optional but helps us suggest what fits.
Ages matter for birthdays: Age requirements vary by night and event (18+ or 21+); check each event listing. 21+ with valid ID to drink alcohol. Tell us about your group's ages in the notes so we can plan the door and bar correctly.

How dates work
We're open 7 days for private events, by appointment only, and dates go first come, first served. Full buyouts include a separate private entrance, and event security is included. Check the availability calendar, then send the form below.

Good to know
Do you offer bottle service?
Yes. Bottle service is for guests 21+ with valid ID; the entry age depends on the night. Tables are quoted per night. Email nightlife@emcgrp.com.
Can I book The Catwalk Club for a private event?
Yes. We're open 7 days for private events, first come, first served: the first to book gets the date. Full buyouts are available with a separate private entrance.
Are security, bartenders and staff included?
Yes. Event security and bartenders / service staff are included.
Catering?
There's an onsite kitchen with preferred caterers, and outside catering is allowed.
Tables, chairs and AV?
We have a limited number of tables and chairs for intimate events (rent more for large ones). Lighting, LED wall, JBL sound and Pioneer DJ gear are in-house.
Parking for my guests?
Our exclusive valet with a private lot is recommended. Public lots and meters are nearby.
What does it cost? Are there packages?
No fixed packages: every event is different. Tell us about your night (type, date, guests, budget range, bar, production) and we'll send a custom quote.
