The Catwalk Club is the former boiler room of the 1920s Bank of America headquarters, at 698 Harlem Pl in the Historic Core of Downtown LA. It's a regular in the music-video and video-game world: an underground, multi-level room of about 5,500 sq ft with a centerpiece catwalk between platforms and a DJ deck that hangs over the dance floor.
For a shoot, that means a location with character and a lighting rig already in place, instead of a blank stage you have to dress from scratch. Club-night looks, performance pieces, fashion and product content, and moody interior scenes all fit the room.

150" × 80" customizable LED wall (1–4 visuals at once) + 2 overhead projectors.

14-speaker JBL system on 4 × 3500 W amplifiers, latest Pioneer DJ equipment.
A real catwalk
A centerpiece runway between platforms, for walks, performance and hero shots.
Multi-level layout
Platforms, stairs and an overhanging DJ deck give you angles and depth.
Room for a band
Band-ready: space for up to an 8-piece band.

What to send with your inquiry
Every shoot is quoted individually; there are no fixed packages. To get an accurate quote quickly, include in the form or email:
- Production type (music video, film, photo, commercial content) and a short treatment or mood board.
- Preferred date(s) and the hours you need, including load-in and wrap.
- Crew and talent count, and any extras or audience you plan to bring.
- What you'll use from the room: lighting, haze, the LED wall, the sound system, the bars.
- Gear, power, catering and parking needs for your crew.
On the walkthrough you can see the room, check angles and talk through what's in-house. A limited number of tables and chairs are available; there's an onsite kitchen with preferred caterers, and outside catering is allowed. How dates work
Private bookings are by appointment only, open 7 days, and first come, first served: the first to book gets the date. Full buyouts come with a separate private entrance. See open dates on the calendar, or read more about private events.

Good to know
How big is the venue?
About 5,500 sq ft in the former boiler room of the 1920s Bank of America headquarters.
Are security, bartenders and staff included?
Yes. Event security and bartenders / service staff are included.
Tables, chairs and AV?
We have a limited number of tables and chairs for intimate events (rent more for large ones). Lighting, LED wall, JBL sound and Pioneer DJ gear are in-house.
Parking for my guests?
Our exclusive valet with a private lot is recommended. Public lots and meters are nearby.
Can I film a music video or photo shoot here?
Yes. Film, photo and music video shoots are one of the event types we host, with production lighting already rigged in the room. Send filming inquiries to events@emcgrp.com or use the private events inquiry form.
Can we put our branding on the screens?
Yes. The 150" × 80" LED wall is customizable and can show 1–4 visuals at once, plus 2 overhead projectors, so your visuals and branding can run on the room's screens.
What does it cost? Are there packages?
