Book early: first to book gets the date.
Give your team, clients or friends a holiday party they'll actually talk about: a night in an underground club in the former boiler room of the 1920s Bank of America headquarters, at 698 Harlem Pl in DTLA's Historic Core. The room is about 5,500 sq ft and multi-level, with a centerpiece catwalk, a DJ deck over the dance floor and two full bars.
Private bookings are first come, first served: the first to book gets the date. The earlier you send an inquiry, the more dates you'll have to choose from.

What to include in your inquiry
Share your preferred dates (a first and second choice helps in the holiday season), estimated guest count, start and end time, whether you want a full buyout, bar plan, catering, entertainment (DJ, band, programming on the screens) and your budget range if you have one. Any speeches or awards? Mention them so we plan the screens and sound around them.
A limited number of tables and chairs are available for intimate events; more can be rented for large ones. For guest parking, our exclusive valet with a private lot is recommended. See Getting Here.
Age requirements vary by night and event (18+ or 21+); check each event listing. 21+ with valid ID to drink alcohol.

How dates work
We're open 7 days for private events, by appointment only. Check open dates on the availability calendar, send the form below, and the events team replies by email to set up a walkthrough and a custom quote. A date request isn't a confirmed booking until you lock it in.

Good to know
Can I book The Catwalk Club for a private event?
Yes. We're open 7 days for private events, first come, first served: the first to book gets the date. Full buyouts are available with a separate private entrance.
Are security, bartenders and staff included?
Yes. Event security and bartenders / service staff are included.
Catering?
There's an onsite kitchen with preferred caterers, and outside catering is allowed.
Tables, chairs and AV?
We have a limited number of tables and chairs for intimate events (rent more for large ones). Lighting, LED wall, JBL sound and Pioneer DJ gear are in-house.
Parking for my guests?
Our exclusive valet with a private lot is recommended. Public lots and meters are nearby.
Can we put our branding on the screens?
Yes. The 150" × 80" LED wall is customizable and can show 1–4 visuals at once, plus 2 overhead projectors, so your visuals and branding can run on the room's screens.
What does it cost? Are there packages?
No fixed packages: every event is different. Tell us about your night (type, date, guests, budget range, bar, production) and we'll send a custom quote.
